1. Service Description

automileage.ca is a web-based mileage and expense tracking service operated by HVVH Ventures Inc. The service helps individuals log business trips, track vehicle expenses, and generate reports for Canadian tax purposes.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and a Canadian resident to use this service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the information you provide, keeping your password secure, and all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes. You may not use the service to generate fraudulent tax documentation, misrepresent your mileage or expenses, or engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.

5. Intellectual Property

HVVH Ventures Inc. owns all rights to the automileage.ca application, including its design, code, and branding. You retain ownership of all data you enter into the service, including trip logs, expense records, and uploaded receipts.

6. Service Availability

We strive to keep automileage.ca available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the service at any time without prior notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

automileage.ca is a record-keeping tool. It does not provide tax, legal, or financial advice. We are not responsible for the accuracy of any tax filing or CRA submission based on data from this service. You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of your records.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HVVH Ventures Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us through the contact form.

9. Promotions & Pricing

Free Trial

New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with no credit card required. After the trial period, access to the service is suspended until you subscribe to a paid plan. No automatic charges occur.

Pricing

Subscriptions are available at CA$5 per vehicle per month or CA$48 per vehicle per year. Pricing and discount percentages are subject to change for new subscribers. Existing subscribers will be notified of any pricing changes in advance.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada and the province in which HVVH Ventures Inc. is registered.
