Refund Policy
All subscription charges are final. We do not issue refunds for any billing period that has already been charged, whether for monthly or yearly plans.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, your subscription remains active through the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation.
To cancel, visit the Manage Billing section in your account, which will take you to the Stripe Customer Portal where you can manage or cancel your subscription.
Free Trial
New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with no credit card required. After the trial period, access to the service is suspended until you subscribe to a paid plan. No automatic charges occur at the end of the trial.
Disputes
If you have a billing concern or believe a charge was made in error, please contact us before initiating a dispute with your bank or credit card company. We are committed to resolving billing issues promptly and fairly.
